Well, in just a few more hours, we'll be heading to MN!! So, I've decided to post the 8th week schedule since I won't be posting for another week. I've got plenty to do, so I'll make this speedy.
Week 8
Monday- 2.5 miles
Tuesday- rest
Wednesday- 2 miles
Thursday- rest
Friday- 3 miles
REST THE WEEKEND:)
